When applying for a VA Home Loan we take care of getting you registered with the VA. It is not necessary for you to contact the VA unless you have questions relating to another benefit that you may be entitled. The only step you will need to take in this process is contacting us and we do the rest. It is part of our duties as your VA Lender to ensure that all of your paperwork is completed and filed with the VA. We take it upon ourselves to order your Certificate of Eligibility and if needed, your DD214.
