Conventional Loan

Although a large majority of my business is VA Loans, I still do all other forms of financing including Conventional Loans. In fact, I find Conventional Loans to be extremely easy since I have put so much effort into learning the process of VA financing.

Many people searching for Conventional Financing tend to gravitate towards big, well-known Lenders. I am a Broker which means I have the same access to those big, well-known Lenders but, I have an advantage that they do not. I receive their money at a wholesale rate where as when you go them directly you must pay the retail rate. This means that you will pay .125% to .500% more for any Loan Program than what you will get through me.

I have many people request from me that I take their Loan to one particular Lender because that is who they prefer to be with. It is a very common request and one to very easily fulfill. Not only do my clients get the better rate but they get lower fees.
