I am able to represent you as your Realtor and your Lender. If you already have a Realtor or a Lender I can represent you as the other. You are not required to use me as both. I am able to simply provide you with an opportunity to make your home buying or selling process very simple and easy by having a "one stop shop" where I can do both for you.

Many, if not all of my competitors will try their best to convince you that VA is not the way to go or that it is not worth while. The reason why you will be told these things by everyone else but me, is because those individual are simply not educated in the VA process or, they heard a rumor a long time ago and have not researched its validity.

VA is simply the best way to purchase a home with no money down. VA loans have the lowest monthly payments of most 100% loan programs. The only way to beat the low monthly payment of a VA loan is go into a interest only loan that you will have to refinance out of within three to five years. If you only plan to stay in the home for a short period of time such as this, then I would suggest this type of loan. If you have intentions to stay in the home for any longer period of time then I would strongly encourage you to go VA.
