Obtain Your DD214

Click on the following link to retrieve a Copy of your DD214.

Once you click on the link then click on “Launch eVetRecs-Request Military Records” to the right of the screen and follow the steps. If you need to request your DD214 go ahead and complete the form at the link above and then be sure to contact us.

DO NOT wait for your DD214 to come to you in the mail before contacting us!

We can normally get you registered with the VA even though you do not have a copy of your DD214. It can sometimes take up to six months for you to receive your DD214 and we can most likely move forward without it.
